The pain of seeing your child suffer from a serious illness can become very hard to deal with, especially when you’re alone. Graeme McDaniel came into this world carrying multiple congenital heart defects (CHDs). The little warrior lived a happy, full 2 1/2 years before his body just couldn’t take the burden anymore. In memory of their beloved son and his journey, Graeme McDaniel’s family started a non-profit to raise funds for Congenital Heart Defects research and to support families who are in the same boat. Through their funding programs, the Graeme McDaniel Foundation has given a ray of hope to families and kids who are struggling to fight CHDs.
